1. Open your selected picture in Adobe Photoshop and duplicate it.

2. Now click on Image>> Adjustments>> Desaturate. Your second picture should turn out black and white. Set it to Hard Light with the opacity at 100%

3. Then select Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid colour


4. When this box comes up, just press OK. Fill with color #FDDA39 and set it to multiply at 25% opacity [example]

5. Make another Fill Layer and set the colour to #FFABE8 at soft light with 25% opacity.

6. Make another Fill layer and set the colour to #ABE0FF at soft light with 25% opacity.

7. Duplicate the ORIGINAL picture, drag it to the top and set it to COLOR

8. Make another Fill layer and set the colour to #006BB6 at exlusion with 42% opacity.

9. Duplicate the ORIGINAL picture, drag it to the top and set it to Soft light with 100% opacity. Your layers window should look something like this
