4. Create a new adjustment Layer> Curves. Set Input to 80 and Output to 88
5. Again, create a new Adjustment Layer> Selective Color. Change all settings to match mine:
NEUTRALS Cyan: -14
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -8
Black: 0
6. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Hue/Saturation
MASTER Hue: 0
Saturation: 29
Lightness: 0
REDS Hue: 0
Saturation: 0
Lightness: 16
7. LAYER> MERGE VISIBLE
8. Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen
9. Make a new layer and set it to Lighten. Grab your brush tool and check to see that the bar at the top of your window looks something like the one below:
10. Now click where you want the color bubble to appear! The color I used was #629ff2
