1. Begin by opening up your image in PS. Click Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen to get a clearer effect

2. Make a Fill Layer and set the colour to #394c7d at Exclusion

3. Duplicate your original picture >> Drag that layer to the top (in your Layers Window) and set to Soft Light

4. Create a new adjustment Layer> Curves. Set Input to 63 and Output to 102

5. Again, create a new Adjustment Layer> Hue/Saturation. Change all settings to match mine:

6. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color

REDS
Cyan: -100
Magenta: 71
Yellow: -20
Black: 0

NEUTRALS
Cyan: 100
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 8
Black: -28

7. Paste my texture on top of everything and set to Screen (CREDIT CORKYNESS!)

8. Duplicate the texture Layer. Keep the Screen setting but adjust it 20% opacity

9. Add some desired text and you're done!
