TO THIS:

1. Duplicate your picture twice. Set the first one to Multiply with 100% opactiy. [example]

2. Set the second duplicated picture to Screen with 100% opactiy.

3. Then select Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid colour


4. When this box comes up, just press OK. Fill with color #95cbf5 and set it to Colour Burn at 71% opacity

5. Make another Fill Layer and set the colour to #e5f59b at Soft Light with 50% opacity

Here's what my Layers window looks like. Check to see if we match! Hope your image turned out the way you wanted :P
