1. Take your picture in PS, duplicate it and set to Hard Light at 100% opacity

2. Select Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid colour


3. When this box comes up, just press OK. Fill with color #254363 and set it to Screen at 43% opacity

4. Make another Fill Layer and set the colour to #C371C4 at Lighten with 75% opacity

5. If you desire, you may choose to add a new Fill Layer> Gradient (pink colour) and set that to Lighten at 55% opacity

6. Here's what my Layers window looks like. Check to see if we match! Hope your image turned out the way you wanted =D
