1. Take your picture in PS, duplicate it and set to Overlay at 100% opacity

2. Select Layer> New Fill Layer> Solid colour


3. When this box comes up, just press OK. Fill with color #EF6F87 and set it to Lighten at 50% opacity

4. Make another Fill Layer and set the colour to #F8D11B at Soft Light with 10% opacity

5. Make another Fill Layer and set the colour to #427fb8 at Colour Burn with 40% opacity

6. Duplicate your original picture >> Drag that layer to the top and set to hard Light at 60% opacity

7. Make a final Fill Layer and set the colour to #000000 (black) at Saturation with 34% opacity
