Wondering how I get that cool bubble on some of my icons and layouts? I actually did one purely by accident one day and that's how I figured it out. It's simple to do and looks great! Below is the picture I will be using to walk you through the tutorial:
1. Go to Layer>> New>> Layer
2. Select the brush tool:
3. Adjust your settings to match mine. I used a size 65 circle but you may scale it smaller or larger to suit your needs!
