1. Follow my advanced picture tutorial to achieve a rich colour

2. Next, find a notebook spiral image or scan your own! Here's the one I used, credit to outspoken-kate!

3. Set this layer to Color Burn at 100% opacity

4. Now add some text. I used Lucida Console font, size 9 pt in black

5. Create a new layer and use a white brush to add the subtle dotted line at the top!
